burn your to list

Do you perform all activities in your Internet Marketing company on your own? 90% of underground affiliate and internet marketers I know work very hard and outsource very little. They prefer to work 70 hours a week writing sales copy, setting up wordpress blog, installing scripts, writing autoresponders, building back links, writing articles…

I was no different until 2 months ago when I hired my first virtual assistent. And hey this freed up so much time off my busy schedule. It took some time to teach my virtual assistant, but now I can focus on the most important Internet Marketing tasks that make me money.

What type of work can you outsource?

Here’s a list of activities you can easily outsource:

- Building back links from high PR blogs

- write content and articles

- article marketing

- social bookmarking: bookmark your sites on popular social bookmarking sites

- installing scripts

- creating web pages

- graphic design for websites, blogs and ecovers

- support

- creating videos

That’s just a fraction of task you can outsource to make your life easier.

Where can I find outsourcing resources?

Finding good reliable outsourcing resources can be difficult. There are places like guru.com, elance, rentacoder.com, odesk, craigslist, Internet Marketing forums like WarriorForum.com where you can find experts in different niches.

If you want to go the easy route and hire high quality virtual assistence without searching them yourself I found a great service called “BurnYourToDoList” run by Rachel Rofe. You can hire virtual assistants and traffic assistants for 40 or 80 hours per week at reasonable rates. You can find more information here.

Do you want to learn more about Outsourcing?

I recently studied on of the most comprehensive course on outsourcing for Internet Marketers and small biz owners called “Outsource Method“. It’s a step by step course from Daniel Turner and Mark Lindsday (also known from Article Automation) that covers everything you need to know about outsourcing.

I was a little overwhelmed with all the videos when I saw all the stuff covered. But the course is laid out in modules and shows you step by step how to identify processes in your business which can be outsourced, where to find outsources for different tasks, how to manage outsourcing resources and much more. If you want to build a bigger business with less work then I recommend this course. It’s the most comprehensive step-by-step about outsourcing I’ve come across.
